How to attach a scanned image of a bill in TOPS [ONE]Follow
TOPS [ONE] lets you add a scanned/downloaded image of a bill to an invoice. This guide will give you a step-by-step guide on how to do so.
Note: The image of the bill must be scanned/downloaded into your device (computer) prior to following these steps
- Click Accounts Payable then Make Payments
- Double click an existing bill you want to add the scanned bill too.
- This will open the Bill information
- Under Attachment Gallery click Select Files.
- After the image uploads, you can add another image by clicking Select Files again
- If you successfully uploaded your image, you will see a green bar with the image name and 100%
