Work order comments - adding a new comment

The following steps will walk you through adding a comment to a Work Order. These steps would be used for adding a comment for anyone that can see this workorder to see. 

 

Step-by-Step

  • Click Work Orders and select Work Order Tickets .
  • From this screen you can filter to your open work orders by pressing the OPEN filter
  • Find your desired work order and press the Comment Button
  • Enter your subject and message in the appropriate fields
  • Press Save to finish
